From our first meeting, he got our son to really articulate his vision for his Bar Mitzvah, including helping him to decide on a perfect theme. Throughout every step of planning, Jeffrey brought a perfect blend of creativity and practicality to the process. He was always mindful of budget, while also thinking of creative and fun touches to add to our event. He did a great job of keeping us on schedule with our tasks without making it seem stressful. Even in the last month leading up to the Bar Mitzvah, we were able to enjoy the last minute planning because we knew that Jeffrey was handling all of the details and had a handle on everything. And on the day of the event we were able to focus on celebrating with the knowledge that Jeffrey was taking care of all details on site. We are already excited to start planning our younger son’s Bar Mitzvah knowing that we will be working with Jeffrey again!”

Planning and pivoting during COVID

“We cannot say enough amazing things about Jeffrey. We began planning our son’s Bar Mitzvah event pre-Covid. It was going to be a baseball-theme party at Nat’s Park with upwards of 175 guests and live batting practice. Long story short, we had to completely change EVERYTHING as a January party with over 10 in-person guests in 2021 was not an option. Jeffrey seamlessly did just that and in the process created what has to be the most unique Covid-era party of all time. He arranged for a local studio to live stream the entire party out to our Zoom guests, while our immediate family simultaneously had an in-person event at the studio (which Jeffrey decorated exquisitely to fit our new theme of “YouTube”). The in-person and virtual guests interacted with our live DJ, twitter video challenges, and candle lighting ceremony. Jeffrey handled all the big and little details and everything in between, which allowed myself and my husband to not worry, and instead, enjoy the planning as well as the actual service and party. Jeffrey is incredibly creative, superbly organized, and a general pleasure to work with. I would not hesitate to work with him again – and hopefully will get the opportunity to host a live event with Jeffrey in the future.”

He Was My Right & Left Hand

“The first time I worked with Jeffrey was on a dinner party for 20 people at my house. He blew me away with his classy decorating ideas, fabulous food, and his supportive demeanor. I made the final decisions, but he made them easy to make. And once decisions were made, he executed the party plans perfectly with full attention to detail. On party day, we were thrown a curveball. He was going to make all the floral arrangements from flowers from our local farmer’s market. Sadly, they didn’t have what was needed at all, but he figured a seamless way to make it all work without anyone knowing there had been a problem and the florals he made were perfect.
